Submission of symposia
Symposia last 1h40 (100 mn). They can be composed of 5 speakers (20 mn each) or 4 speakers (25 mn each).
To submit a symposium, please send the following information to the contact email address (escan2012@sciencesconf.org):
- The title of the symposium
- The names and affiliations of the organizer(s)
- The contacts (email, phone) of the organizers
- An abstract of the symposium (up to 250 words)
- For each speaker:
- The title of the talk
- The names and affiliations of the authors
- An abstract (up to 250 words)
Evaluation of symposia
Symposia will be reviewed by the scientific board and by external reviewers. A decision will be given by December 15.
Deadline for symposia submission
Symposia have to be submitted by November 30.
