and select ESCAN2012:

and Pre-registration.

Then fill all the requested fields.

After filling the form, your pre-registration will need to be validated (normally the next day). Once validated, your will receive a confirmation mail. Once this mail received, you can proceed to the next step: Connect the payment site, and select "Confirm a pre-registration"

Fill the requested information:

and proceed to payment.

Please note that payment should be done by credit card.
